1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most products within 30 days of the delivery date, as long as the items meet the following conditions:

  • The product is not on our non-returnable or final sale list (e.g., perishable goods, personal care items, etc.).

If the product you received is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are eligible for a return regardless of the condition of the item.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN), as well as instructions for sending the item back to us.
  3. Prepare the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, if possible, to avoid any damage during return shipping.
  4. Return the Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Please ensure that you send the item within 14 days of receiving the return authorization to qualify for a refund or exchange.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. You can expect the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: It may take up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: If your return is approved, you will be refunded for the full purchase price of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. We are happy to assist with the return process and guide you through the steps.


5. Non-Returnable Items

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customer Responsibility: If you are returning an item due to personal preference or change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • ATIFRANA LTD Responsibility: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

8. International Returns

For international orders, the return process is the same as domestic returns. However, international customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please ensure the return complies with any import/export regulations in your country.
